Toyota AE86
Toyota AE86 is the code name of the fourth generation of Toyota's two compact, lightweight and cost-effective high-performance cars "Corolla Levin and Sprinter Trueno. AE86 was popularized by the famous Japanese racing anime "Headline D" and became a well-known generation of Japanese sports car. In 2012, Toyota and Subalu jointly launched the Toyota 86, a two-door sports car that pays tribute to the AE86. In 1987, Toyota introduced the "black limited edition" AE86, limited to 400 units, with a pure black appearance and a gold wheel hub. Since then, AE86 has terminated production.

The TERCEL, launched by Toyota Motor Corporation in 1978, marked the beginning of the development of small cars from the simple but costly FR (front wheel drive) that took up space to the more complex but low-cost FF (front wheel drive) due to advances in automotive technology.
